Ready to make it a BIG celebration? For an additional $100 you can totally take over PonderPlay for your party! You and your guests get the entire facility all to yourselves for two hours of exclusive play, celebrating, and birthday fun.
Your PonderPlay Takeover includes:
Private use of the entire facility
Up to 49 guests — kids and adults included
Tables ready 30 minutes before your party for decorating
PonderPlay handles the cleanup
Two hours of exclusive PonderPlay fun
Party times:
Saturday: 9–11am, 10am–12pm, or 5–7pm
Sunday: 9am-11am, 11:30am-1:30pm, 2pm-4pm, 4:30pm-6:30pm

$200 + tax | Up to 20 guests
New offering! Celebrate with your own private party room! We'll have the tables ready 30 minutes before your party so you can decorate, bring in the cake, and make the space your own. Then let the kids play while you enjoy the celebration!
Your Party Room Party includes:
Up to 20 guests — kids and adults included
$5 + tax for each additional guest
Tables ready 30 minutes before your party for decorating
PonderPlay handles the cleanup
Kids can continue to play for up to 1 hour after your party ends
Party times:
Monday–Friday: 9–11am, 12–2pm, or 3–5pm
Saturday: 1–3pm
The party room must be vacated at the end of your reserved time. Kids are welcome to keep playing in PonderPlay for up to one additional hour.

The PonderPlay Takeover is a fully private rental of PonderPlay for you and 49 guests. Our NEW party room offers a private space for the celebration for up to 20 guests while the play area remains open to other guests.

By request, we provide paper products for your event: plates, napkins, cups, tablecloths, and utensils (forks, spoons, knives).

YES! Bring any food, drinks, or cake that you’d like. We request that you refrain from using glass containers whenever possible.

Remember to bring socks for everyone who wants to play. You’ll also need serving utensils for your food (cake cutters, serving spoons/knives, scoops, etc.). We welcome any decor that you’d like to put up - bring some tape just in case! Lastly, bring your candles and lighters if you plan on singing Happy Birthday!

Yes! We get it, things come up with kids all the time. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 72 hours before your event.

The simpler the better, we have found! A quick text our to friends and family makes invites quick and easy. Want something more formal? We can provide a designed invitation for you to print and hand out for $10.
Make sure you share the waiver link with your guests, too! This can be texted, emailed, or you can use the QR code on our custom invites.

We love celebrations of all kinds, however we cannot guarantee capacity for a party that has not been booked in advance.
